Orders are dispatched within 5 working days to allow for production time if necessary.
UK orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature and will be trackable online - arriving typically the next working day.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Service and should arrive within 5 days of dispatch date in Europe and 7 days otherwise.
Items are dispatched from the UK. Customs charges and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and not included. Responsibility is not taken for delays due to customs.
Returns
I will make every effort to ensure that work gets to you in perfect condition. However, works should be inspected on arrival, and if damaged, should be returned to me within 7 days via a registered delivery service, where upon a mutually agreed subsitute can be arranged.
